Welcome to EnduraWeb.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the EnduraWeb website, platform, applications, services, and related features available at:
EnduraWeb is operated by Endurasolution (“Endurasolution”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using EnduraWeb, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use EnduraWeb.
1. About EnduraWeb
EnduraWeb is a self-hosted application deployment and management platform that may provide features including application deployment, containerized application execution, domain management, SSL configuration, environment variable management, application logs, and related infrastructure functionality.
The availability of specific features may depend on your account, plan, infrastructure, technical configuration, and service availability.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining an EnduraWeb account.
By using EnduraWeb, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You will use EnduraWeb only for lawful purposes.
- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- You will keep your account credentials secure.
If you are using EnduraWeb on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
3. Account Registration
Certain EnduraWeb features require an account.
During registration, we may request information such as your name, email address, phone number, address, and other information necessary to operate and secure your account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Protecting access to your account.
- All activity performed through your account unless caused by unauthorized access that was not reasonably preventable by you.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been compromised.
4. Account Verification
EnduraWeb may use email verification, phone verification, OTP authentication, IP address information, security logs, and other reasonable measures to verify account activity and protect the platform.
We may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other security risks.
5. Use of the Services
You may use EnduraWeb only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use EnduraWeb to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Conduct fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, spyware, or other malicious software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
- Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, exploitation, or attacks against third-party systems.
- Launch or participate in denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
- Host content or services that unlawfully infringe intellectual property rights.
- Operate services intended primarily for abuse, spam, credential theft, or other malicious activity.
- Circumvent security controls, authentication mechanisms, resource limitations, or service restrictions.
- Interfere with the operation, stability, or security of EnduraWeb or other users' services.
- Use EnduraWeb to facilitate illegal activities.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
6. Applications and User Content
You are responsible for applications, source code, files, databases, configurations, environment variables, credentials, domains, content, and other materials that you upload, deploy, store, or process using EnduraWeb (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content unless otherwise agreed between you and us.
By using EnduraWeb, you grant us only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, transmit, process, execute, maintain, back up, secure, and provide the services requested by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:
- Does not violate applicable law.
- Does not infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.
- Does not contain malicious software intended to harm systems or users.
- Does not violate these Terms.
7. Domains and DNS
Where EnduraWeb provides domain-related functionality, you remain responsible for the domain names associated with your account.
You are responsible for:
- Owning or having authorization to use the domain.
- Maintaining accurate registration information.
- Configuring required DNS records.
- Complying with the policies of the applicable domain registrar or DNS provider.
- Ensuring that your domain is not used for unlawful purposes.
EnduraWeb does not guarantee the availability, ownership, or continued registration of any domain name.
8. SSL and Security Certificates
Where EnduraWeb provides automated SSL or TLS certificate functionality, certificate issuance and renewal may depend on domain ownership, DNS configuration, certificate authorities, and other external systems.
EnduraWeb does not guarantee that an SSL certificate will always be issued, renewed, or available.
You are responsible for ensuring that the domains and services you configure are correctly controlled and authorized by you.
9. Resource Usage
Depending on the service or plan, EnduraWeb may impose limits on resources such as:
- CPU
- Memory
- Storage
- Network traffic
- Number of applications
- Number of domains
- Deployment frequency
- Container resources
- Logs or other platform resources
You must not intentionally consume resources in a manner that negatively affects EnduraWeb infrastructure or other users.
We may apply reasonable resource restrictions where necessary to maintain service stability, security, or availability.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable and secure services, but we do not guarantee that EnduraWeb will always be:
- Available without interruption.
- Completely error-free.
- Free from security vulnerabilities.
- Compatible with every application or configuration.
- Available at a specific performance level.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure problems, network failures, security incidents, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Maintenance and Changes
We may perform maintenance, upgrades, security changes, infrastructure changes, or other modifications to EnduraWeb.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services where reasonably necessary.
Where practical, we may provide advance notice of significant service changes.
12. Payments and Subscription Services
If EnduraWeb offers paid plans, subscriptions, or other paid services, additional pricing, billing, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms may apply.
Before purchasing a paid service, you will be provided with the applicable price and relevant terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying applicable charges when due.
We reserve the right to suspend paid services where required payments remain unpaid.
13. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable EnduraWeb plan, purchase terms, promotional terms, and applicable law.
Where a specific refund policy applies to a service, that policy will govern the relevant transaction.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund unless provided under the applicable refund terms or required by law.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary, including when:
- These Terms are violated.
- The service is used for illegal or malicious activity.
- Fraud or abuse is suspected.
- The account creates a security risk.
- Payment obligations are not met.
- Continued use threatens EnduraWeb infrastructure or other users.
- Required by law or a lawful authority.
Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice before suspension or termination, except where immediate action is necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
15. Effect of Termination
Following account termination, access to your EnduraWeb services and deployed applications may be disabled.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your applications, files, databases, and other important information.
Unless otherwise required by law or an applicable agreement, we are not responsible for retaining User Content after termination or expiration of a service.
16. Backups
You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important applications, databases, files, configurations, and other User Content.
Even where backup or recovery functionality is provided, backups should not be treated as a guarantee against data loss.
We recommend maintaining backups outside EnduraWeb for critical systems.
17. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect EnduraWeb and user information.
However, no Internet service can guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for securely configuring your applications, passwords, SSH keys, API keys, environment variables, database credentials, and other secrets.
You must not intentionally expose sensitive credentials through public repositories, logs, domains, or deployed applications.
18. Intellectual Property
EnduraWeb, including its software, platform components, website, branding, logos, documentation, design, and other materials provided by Endurasolution, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce EnduraWeb software or proprietary materials.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Remove proprietary notices.
- Use Endurasolution or EnduraWeb trademarks without authorization.
- Represent that you own EnduraWeb or its proprietary components.
Your ownership rights in your own User Content are not affected by this section.
19. Third-Party Services
EnduraWeb may integrate with or depend on third-party services, infrastructure providers, domain registrars, certificate authorities, payment processors, communication providers, repositories, cloud providers, or other external services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and fees.
We are not responsible for failures or changes caused solely by third-party services.
20. Prohibited Content and Activities
You must not deploy or operate services through EnduraWeb that are primarily intended for:
- Phishing or credential theft.
- Malware distribution.
- Fraud or financial scams.
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Unauthorized surveillance.
- Attacks against third-party systems.
- Distribution of illegal content.
- Circumvention of security mechanisms.
- Activities that cause significant harm to EnduraWeb infrastructure or other users.
We may remove, disable, restrict, or suspend services involved in prohibited activity.
21. Abuse Reports
If you believe an EnduraWeb-hosted service is being used for illegal activity, abuse, security attacks, phishing, malware distribution, or infringement, you may report the issue to:
We may investigate reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable law.
22. Privacy
Your use of EnduraWeb is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

23. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnduraWeb and its services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The service will always be uninterrupted.
- The service will meet every specific business or technical requirement.
- Applications deployed through EnduraWeb will always operate correctly.
- Data will never be lost or corrupted.
- Third-party services will always remain available.
- The service will be free from all errors or security vulnerabilities.
You are responsible for evaluating whether EnduraWeb is suitable for your intended use.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Endurasolution and its officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EnduraWeb.
This may include, where permitted by law:
- Loss of data.
- Loss of profits.
- Loss of business.
- Loss of revenue.
- Business interruption.
- Loss resulting from application downtime.
- Loss resulting from unauthorized access.
- Loss caused by third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endurasolution and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of EnduraWeb.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your infringement of another person's rights.
- Unauthorized or unlawful activity conducted through your account.
26. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters.
- Internet or telecommunications failures.
- Power failures.
- Cyberattacks.
- Infrastructure failures.
- Government actions.
- Acts of war.
- Pandemics.
- Third-party service failures.
- Other events beyond our reasonable control.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of EnduraWeb after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
28. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of Endurasolution and EnduraWeb, subject to applicable Indian law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of EnduraWeb shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Endurasolution ,Kayamkulam ,Kerala India, subject to applicable law.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the EnduraWeb Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the agreement between you and Endurasolution regarding your use of EnduraWeb, unless a separate written agreement applies.
